and wear, All your hard work, time and effort will soon start to erode away giving way to what is to keep it in place, the foundation.
The foundation of health is not a number, it’s not a healthy bmi, these are important and can be a catalyst to build a strong health foundation but they are not the pillars in which it should stand on.
The foundation is your mindset, your emotional intelligence and your habits.
This is where health is found, created and maintained.
Your structure will follow the foundation beneath it, if your mindset, habits and emotional mismanagement are not sound or quickly redirected, then you'll be welcoming yourself into a not so fun house, you will find yourself in a house of wonky mirrors, confusion and desperation to get out!
