A few years ago now, we embarked on a new journey, one so unfamiliar and uncertain for us because it was something we didn't know. We both grew up as athletes and in good shape but as our teen years drew to an end our health declined and only continued to do so over the following years. We reached a point of facing health conditions and diagnosis we didn't want and felt we weren't living our best lives. One night changed everything, We overheard a conversation in passing and since we were searching for a solution to our health crisis, we figured, why not ask, We've tried EVERYTHING already, what's one more attempt? It was the best instant decision either of us ever made! Within a few months we had radically changed our health, reversed our diagnosis, quit medications, and our confidence and comfort began to grow as our waists were shrinking. Together we shed 190lbs in the following year and we never looked or went back. With our simple, predictable transformation system we were able for the first time ever to hold onto our results! It was a transformation like no other so we decided to share this gift with anyone searching like we were. As Certified Health Coaches, We have the knowledge to help and understand the weight and frustration of feeling like there is more out there, a bigger life just waiting for you, but not knowing where to turn to or where to start. We've been there! We understand and we can help! Our mission is simple: Offer a simple solution with education, tools, resources and one on one coaching that will help you feel your best, healthy, and capable to handle life’s pressures. Our nutrition plans are simple and easy to follow. You don't have to count calories or macronutrients, it's all already been done for you! We offer tasty meal replacements that are balanced nutrition with no artificial ingredients. They are convenient for busy lifestyles or those that don't want to prep or calculate. Our fuelings can be used in all our plans and beyond! Along with our fuelings and our education system you will easily learn portion control and healthy options.

It's not just about getting your body healthy, it's also about getting your mind healthy. Our Habits of Health Transformational System is the educational component designed to help you strategize your plan for reaching optimal health and wellbeing and staying there.


Our community is where you can share your successes and what you contend with. Our community offers support, encouragement, resources, tips and recipes to help you maximize your optimal health. We have communities for our clients and coaches. Health is a journey and it’s no fun doing it alone!

A few healthy tips 

1. Drink 64oz of water daily

Add sugar free flavoring to change things up, herbal teas are great and easy.

2. Eat small meals frequently

Don't skip meals and save up calories, eating more often keeps our energy up and blood sugars level

3. Swap out high sodium and high carb condiments

Skip adding things to your meal or choose vinegars and herbs instead 

4. Strive for 30 minutes of healthy motion daily, walking is great!

Chase the kids, play a game or stand while talking 

5. Get plenty of rest, sleep is vital to good health.  

We all tend to stretch ourselves, try to keep a normal sleep schedule and set a morning and night time routine

4 years ago I had enough, I was overweight, tired and had way to many medications for my young age! I since then shed 78 lbs went off my medications and now living my best life. I now get to help other achieve their dreams in bettering their health wether it be weight loss or working on their self mentally and physically. I am so blessed that I get to do this full time, I left a career of 20 + years as a successful regional sales manager to pursue my passion in helping others live their best lives. I come from a background in sports where I had the honor to captain my teams, the same goes for this role I take the role as your coach very personal. My goal is to help you be better today than you were yesterday, by coaching, challenging and cheering you on!
